  • Rates are subject to a NC 7% sales tax.


  • A major credit card is required to secure your reservation. We accept Visa or Master Card.
  • A deposit of one night’s stay is required at the time of reservation.

  • Arrival and departure: Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 noon. Please make prior arrangements if plans necessitate other times. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
  • Pets are not permitted.
  • The interiors of The Cottages are absolutely Smoke-Free.
  • Rates may vary depending on the season.
  • The rate quoted to you when your reservation is confirmed will be the rate honored.
  • Cash, personal check or VISA or MasterCard accepted.

 

  • Daily maid service may be arranged with advance notice and additional fees.

  • Holiday, peak season, and event bookings may require larger, possibly nonrefundable, deposits and longer cancellation periods.
  • Cancellations made within two weeks prior to arrival will result in forfeiture of all deposits.
  • Cancellation or change made within 48 hours prior to arrival will result in the total amount of the reservation billed to the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
  • All cancellation fees will be applied to the credit card used to confirm the reservation.
